Mission Systems does NOT associate with, actively attempts to screen institutions tied to private equities, trusts, and money laundering operations. Mission Systems does not do business with, or actively associate with terrorist organizations in any form.

SECTION II
This agreement is entered into with full awareness that its provisions may challenge conventional legal norms, including those pertaining to religious freedom, yet still binds business dealings with Mission Ignition Systems Ltd. The Provider asserts that modern moral obligations—specifically the commandment to "Love your neighbor"—are foundational to the spirit and Letter of the Law, and supersede institutional limitations when the public good is at stake.
If "the checkbox" is selected for checkout, the Recipient / Corporation / Business Entity or Institution, affirms that they will uphold the commandment to Love their neighbor in all actions involving the use of the Provider’s product, service, or intellectual property.
Failure to demonstrate this principle—through acts of harm, exploitation, or disregard for others—shall constitute a breach of moral covenant. In such cases, the Provider reserves the right to claim damages for any use of the product or service that contributed to said breach.
This clause is not intended to discriminate, but to establish a moral standard of use. The Recipient acknowledges that by signing, they enter into a binding covenant that reflects both legal and ethical accountability through this Covenant.

Section III: Provider Scope & Disassociation Clause
The Provider, Mission Ignition Systems Ltd., affirms that its sole role in any transaction is the provision of ignition equipment and related hardware. The Provider does not participate in, endorse, or maintain awareness of any financial, legal, or structural dealings involving Trusts, private holdings, offshore entities, or institutional arrangements beyond the direct sale of equipment. The Provider has exercised reasonable due diligence to investigate and qualify purchasing entities for legitimate sales. However, the Provider makes no representations or warranties regarding the internal operations, affiliations, or downstream activities of any Recipient or associated parties. Any perceived association with external financial structures, investment vehicles, or institutional dealings is hereby disclaimed. The Provider’s involvement is strictly limited to the technical supply of ignition coils and related components.

Section IV
This clause is intended to protect the Provider from reputational, legal, or moral liability stemming from third-party misuse, misrepresentation, or undisclosed activities.
The Recipient acknowledges that any use of the Provider’s equipment in conjunction with financial instruments, Trusts, or private holdings is entirely at their own discretion and risk. The Provider shall not be held accountable for such integrations or their outcomes.

SECTION V
PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Conditions of Checkout using Credit Card

By agreeing to our terms and conditions during checkout it ensures that you are the cardholder and any breach of use will be met with the strict force of the law for the security of the cardholder.

SECTION VI
International purchasers with fraudulent activity will have information forwarded to local authorities for any breach of credit card use. No further shipments will be forwarded to international forwarders when Paypal is not used. ALL orders with a separate billing and shipping address WILL be verified for the safety of the cardholder unless the PAYPAL method of payment is used that has a verified shipment address. This policy is ENFORCED WITH ZERO TOLERANCE TO PRE SHIPMENT BEFORE VERIFICATION.

SECTION VII
All orders with separate billing and shipping address may be held up to 60 days in order to verify shipping to the cardholder. For shipment to a separate address, a signed copy of the purchase invoice, with a photocopy of their drivers license and credit card (signature must be visible) verifying billing address must be emailed to support@missionignitionsystems.com for item release.

SECTION IX

Conditions of Product Use

By agreeing to our terms of use Mission Systems guarantees the original purchaser that electronics products to be free from defects and workmanship for life (except special order items) from the date of purchase when installed by a qualified professional. Products that fail will be replaced at Mission Systems option when product quality has been marked as the failing issue, or, products under warranty will be given in store credit based on the age and status of the item (75% 2nd year, 50% 3rd year, 30% 4th year, 20% 5th > year). This warranty does not include abuse, misuse, modification or improper installation of the product. Warranty is limited to the purchased product through Mission Systems and shall not be liable in part or whole for any special, incidental or consequential damages or costs that may occur with these products. The foregoing is exclusive and in lieu of any other warranties either expressed or implied and is valid only to the original purchaser. During a return product must be accompanied by an RMA number and must be received within 30 days of RMA issue. Mission Systems may at our discretion charge appropriate handling and re-stocking fees. Minimum $20 handling fee, Maximum 25% restocking, subject to on returned product to be charged for processing. Items marked "For exchange only" or "Special order items" are not subject to cash refund and will only be granted credit towards other products. All electronic items are typically non returnable if in used condition, certain restrictions apply.

Mission Systems reserves the right to use reconditioned materials for warranty items. Items received and processed for refurbishment or alteration will be returned to customer after payment of said services and appropriate shipping and handling charges are complete. Warranty coverage covers parts only and will be charged appropriate shipping and handling fees. After customer notification of receipt and readiness of Mission Systems to ship and / or process products, said materials will be treated as abandoned and discarded after a period of 2 weeks if customer does not contact and issue payment for shipment fees or services issued.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Any NON solicited mail or returns without a pre authorized request, return materials request or contact information will IMMEDIATELY be treated as abandoned and discarded.
